HALF OF ME
Be gentle: What you're holding is my heart.
Remember in your honesty my pride.
If you don't want to see me, please don't hide
The truth, yet tell it with some art.
Though you may not have asked for me to call,
A single leap of hope must be allowed.
Not easily are shy songs sung out loud.
Yet now I wait alone outside your wall.
DEAR FUTURE LOVE
I promise that once I see, I won't let you go. Just give me reasons to stay and be strong.
Being with me will be a bumpy road. I hope that you'll be by my side in every journey. I also hope tha you will help me resolve the issues I have. In return, each night that we will sleep, I will tell you how much I love you that I've enjoyed the day but is still looking forward for tomorrow because I know that you will be there...
Can you stand if I get crazy sometimes? I also have tantrums. I really don't talk when I'm upset but that doesn't mean I don't love you anymore.
If I entrust you something important to me, that means I'm willing to commit. Will you promise to work things out? That if there's something bothering you, you'll feel comfortable letting your thoughts. And it's ok if you'll lay your head on my shoulder without words too. I promise to hold your hand.
I've waited for quite sometime now and yes, it may seem a cliche but I died each day that I've waited for you. What's another months or another 5 years to wait?
I long for that day when I can finally say that the search is finally over...

Turn On!

Part of jealousy is the sexual arousal that naturally arises when we imagine our beloved making love -- no matter if it's with someone else. It is the intensity of this sexual current which gives jealousy its dangerous passion
When jealousy surges, turn this passion to good use. Give yourself permission to feel sexually excited. Let this be an opportunity to build the energy and circulate it within you rather than immediately seeking to discharge it by making love with your beloved
When you have mastered the art of circulating your sexual energy and can handle really high voltage arousal, ask your beloved to tell you about hir erotic encounters with others. Better yet, ask if you can watch. When the time is right, use conscious touch to transmit your fire to your beloved and feel hir melt in your arms. Thus, the circle is closed.

Languages of Love
The main cause of relationship failure is the age-old issue: lack of communication. However, the concept of communication is as vast as the Milky Way galaxy. And, it's quite daunting to think about where to begin.
To figure out how to get happiness in any kind of relationship (and for the other person to also get what he wants) you've got to be aware of your love language, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, marriage counselor and author of the New York Times bestseller The 5 Love Languages. Dr. Chapman outlines the five love languages as follows:
1. Physical affection, which can easily be mistaken for something malicious and only related to sex, but that's not necessarily the case. People who are touchy-feely and enjoy giving and receiving hugs and pats on the back, holding hands, or touching someone's face when they're trying to communicate have this love language.
2. Acts of service, like cooking, cleaning, taking the dogs out for a walk, or helping their loved ones do errands, are what people who speak this love language use to show their affection.
3. Material things. Some find it hard to actually say how much they care. So, rather than verbalize it or do an actual physical gesture, they course it through gifts and tokens.
4. Quality time is the most intangible language, but for some, it can also be the most sacred. To give time and undivided attention is how some people choose to prove their true feelings. These are people who live busy lives (or maybe very isolated ones) but step out of their daily routines to share that time with someone they feel deserves it.
5. Words of validation. Talk may be cheap for some, but others find kind words priceless. They love to hear how much they are loved, appreciated, and adored.
Everyone wants to feel validated in their relationships. We all want to feel that we aren't being taken for granted and that our efforts mean something to the people we care about. But, because there are so many ways to communicate our love, we may find ourselves in a situation where our partners are actually showing appreciation, but we aren't aware of it because we expect it to be expressed in a different manner.
We need to stop and consider that our partners may actually be showering us with affection in their own love language. But, what happens is, we are oblivious to in-your-face signals, and they, in turn, end up wrongly thinking we don't care. In the end, we become disappointed because we were assuming the worst in what is just a clear case of love miscommunication. Evidently, there is much love to go around, but we need to make the connection work!
So, you need to discuss with your partner what he responds to best: gifts, words, time, touch, or acts of services. That way, you can give him what he wants and in turn, he can give you what you want. Remember, you need to ask yourself, too: What do I respond to most? And how do I show affection? Say, you may choose to receive gifts from a loved one but personally find yourself always showing affection through words. You may even have more than one language! The key is to assess yourself and your partner, then learn to speak each other's language.
So, what is your language of love? What do you best respond to? Let's get a discussion going in the comments! :)

L.O.V.E

--One can be unhappy by oneself, but to be truly tormented, one must love.
--Love is harder to accept than to give.
--To love is to embrace life. To love fully is to embrace both death and life.
--The secret of happiness is simple: be loving, giving, caring.
Why, then, are so many unhappy?
Because they are afraid..

Sex, Love, and Marriage
The years that we had... Tama, walang "forever". You are my greatest inspiration which is why you are also the reason why I can't move on. Now people reading this will realize and say "kaya pala"! :) Mind you, i have tried... There is "Us" and "Love". "Sex"... It ended with "Marriage" but not with me. You know who you are. No need of name dropping. Just want to give you my wishes that you should take care of your family. Maybe you'll be seeing less of me but i think it's for the better:

1. One needs always to remember that the point of marriage is not sex but love.
2. Love, like the air, is often taken for granted. But a happily married couple both know that they need love and are grateful to have it.
3. Sex brings ecstasy and then satisfaction. Love brings grace and then fulfillment.
4. One can enjoy both sex and love, but one cannot pursue both. For the pursuit of sexual ecstasy is self-centered and tends towards isolation, whereas the pursuit of love is other-centered and tends towards communion.
5. Marriage is difficult and requires constant compromise. One cannot share a life without losing autonomy, but what one gains is well worth the loss.
6. The only way to be completely autonomous is to be completely alone.

Soul Searching
Almost 6am. Party is over. People have gone home. And here I am satisfying my self with the natural cold weather (freeziiiiiiing actualy). Thoughts are running in my head, the "what ifs" and "if onlys". Drama much! lolz...
LOVE. Do you know this word well? I guess am an expert.
The happiness it brings, the joy. It makes you whole... And the opposites.
MY REALIZATIONS:
--One can be unhappy by oneself, but to be truly tormented, one must love.
--Love is harder to accept than to give.
...Happy Holidays everyone! 3 days to go. :)

Big Boys Do Cry Part 3
I didn't get a chance to say I love you.
You were gone before we got that far.
All I know is now I really need you,
Yet when I look for you, you aren't there.
You said once that you never would forget me,
Yet how am I to know without you here?
Such emptiness! Like what I feel within me:
Neither flesh nor tears, just cold thin air.
Sometimes, alone, I feel your arms around me,
And all my need for you spills out in pain.
Jagged memories of you surround me.
I cannot think I won't see you again.
You were gone before we got that far.
All I know is now I really need you,

Cheating Is a Crime Against Oneself

Cheating is a crime against oneself,
Hardening the insufficient heart.
Each finds in lies an easy path to pleasure,
Abandoning the way that leads to joy.
The choice is ever open, but the gulf
Increases as the actor plays his part.
No one who cheats can cherish long his treasure,
Given what of hope lies can destroy.

Each finds in lies an easy path to pleasure,
Abandoning the way that leads to joy.
The choice is ever open, but the gulf
Increases as the actor plays his part.
No one who cheats can cherish long his treasure,

How To Spot A Guy On The Rebound
He may seem like the perfect guy, but there’s a chance he’s still suffering from the backlash of a broken relationship.
- He wants an instant girlfriend. A guy who’s still pining for his last partner will often want to couple up-fast. Seems odd, but he’s driven to recreate the commitment level of the last relationship because he’s seeking comfort and wants to plug the hole she’s left in his life.
- He’s a really good listener. When a guy is curious to know all about you-and your relationship past-that’s a good thing. But when he’s not revealing anything about himself, he may not want to get into his history because his love past is a touchy topic. To figure out if he’s genuinely interested, note body language that indicates sincerity, such as a cocked head.
- He’s a little bitter. Men who aren’t quite finished with a former flame may give themselves away with a passive-aggressive compliment, like “Women are materialistic....But of course, you’re different.” When a guy has a lot of unresolved feelings from a past relationship, he can’t completely hide his anger.

IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS
How could you tell me that you didn't love me
When you know I was just trying to play you
I played this game before
And I can't play no more
What do you take me for
It's not what you thought
So don't play games with me
'Cause I play to teach
And if you want to cheat
It won't be on me
It's not that serious
I never put that much thought into us
It wasn't that I loved you
I was the one curious so please don't try switch the game up on me
Who did you think that you were involved with
Now you should know that it ain't that serious
It should concern you that
I'm always one step ahead of you
So that should let you know that what you do
I have done before, it's nothing new
So run those games on someone who can be fooled
I can almost see pretentions coming through your eyes
In everything you do, you make it clear to me
That you're playing wrong and your game ain't strong
And in the end I know who will lose
I got two words for you: "MOVE ON"
When you know I was just trying to play you
I played this game before
And I can't play no more
What do you take me for
It's not what you thought
So don't play games with me
'Cause I play to teach

I WANT TO HELP YOU FLY
I want to help you fly,
But not away from me.
I want what's best for you,
But fear what that might be.
There is no paradox
More difficult than this:
That I would die for you,
Yet not give up your kiss.
So do not mind my madness;
Fly bravely, if you must:
I'll watch you, happy in your joy,
And teach my heart to trust.
But not away from me.
I want what's best for you,
But fear what that might be.
There is no paradox
More difficult than this:
That I would die for you,
Yet not give up your kiss.
So do not mind my madness;

I'll watch you, happy in your joy,
And teach my heart to trust.

6 DECEMBER 2006
When I'm not there... do you think of me? When you're sad and something's bothering you... do you wish I was there to help comfort you? When you've had a long hard day... do you smile knowing that soon you'll be seeing me, and everything will seem better, even if it's just for a moment? When you lay down at night... do you look back and cherish the new memories you've made with me? And when you get up in the morning, does everything inside of you smile, knowing that this will be another day that we'll be together? because that's how I think of you...
When I miss you, sometimes I listen to music or look at pictures of you, not to remind me of you but to make me feel as if I'm with you. It makes me forget the distance and capture you.
No matter how far you are, no matter how long I'm gone, you will always be with me. I will see you always as clear as day, for our love knows no boundaries and never will, because you see... our hearts are one, and mine is always home.
Not being able to hold you has got to be the hardest thing I've ever had to do. But I get to look forward to the next time you are in my arms; your smile only inches away from mine getting closer and closer until at last... our smiles meet. Something that beautiful... that's what keeps me going.
Sometimes, no matter how much faith we have, we lose people. But you never forget them. And sometimes, it's those memories that give us the strength to go on.
I've been laying here all night, listening to the rain. Talking to my heart and trying to explain. Why sometimes I catch myself wondering what might have been. Yes I do think about you, every now and then.
In this weird twisted way, I know you miss me liking you, not because I want to believe it's true, but because you'll never find someone that can put up with you like I did; you'll never find someone who will care as much as I did, because no one will waste all there love on someone like you, like I did.
I called because I wanted you to know that despite everything that' happened and all the miles between us right now, I still think about the way it was in the beginning.
This is out last goodbye... it's over, just hear this and then I'll go; you gave me more to live for then you'll ever know.
I don't miss you: I miss the person I thought you were.
I'd be happy to come back to you... except it was you that went away.
I think its time I let you go... and that is hard to do because part of me will be in love with you for the rest of my life.
Good-bye's make you think. They make you realize what you've had and what you've lost, and what you've taken for granted.
Good-bye is only truly painful if you know you'll never say hello again.
Never long for anyone from the past. There is a reason why they never made it to your future.
Goodbyes always hurt whether it's the right thing to do or not.
Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle... rather a beautiful reminder of just how strong true love can be.
Can miles truly separate you...? If you want to be with someone you love, aren't you already there?
You know you love someone when the mere thought of losing them brings you to tears...

I CHANGED TO WHAT I AM NOW (ALL BECAUSE OF YOU, IT'S ALWAYS YOU)
For the past months, yesterday, today I've thought of you,
Your fear of loving me, your fear of pain,
My own reluctance soon to love again,
And why we often flee what we pursue.
I've thought: if we could make time disappear,
Prune past and future, make the moment flower,
Lobotomize all save this single hour,
Then we could love with neither hope nor fear.
But when we pause to watch the moment flow,
Beneath we see eternity and space,
So thin a moving film is time and place,
Removing us, and all we love and know.
I cannot but anticipate the end:
Desire a lover, yet fear to lose a friend.
LOVING A FRIEND
Sometimes people grow together slowly,
As trees reach across an old stone wall,
Entangling roots and crossing slender branches
Till one can barely tell which comes from which.
You've become part of my life slowly,
As music, often played, lives in the heart,
Shaping its surroundings to its beauty,
Mirroring the sanctum of its source.
I've come to this realization slowly,
As a deer stands at a clearing, nostrils wide,
Quivers rippling down its delicate legs,
Eyes resigned as lakes await the wind.
Say, my friend, what you must tell me slowly,
Whether my love is also yours, as the sun
Rises or sets over a tranquil valley,
Filling the heart with more than it can hold.
As trees reach across an old stone wall,
Entangling roots and crossing slender branches
Till one can barely tell which comes from which.
You've become part of my life slowly,
As music, often played, lives in the heart,
Shaping its surroundings to its beauty,
Mirroring the sanctum of its source.
I've come to this realization slowly,
As a deer stands at a clearing, nostrils wide,
Quivers rippling down its delicate legs,
Eyes resigned as lakes await the wind.
Say, my friend, what you must tell me slowly,

Filling the heart with more than it can hold.

WHEN YOU SAID, "I Love You"
When you said, "I love you,"
I went over the moon.
My heart sang its glory,
The stars sang in tune.
As when with a word
God brought forth light,
So with these words
You ended my night.
So with these words
You made something new:
A bond of devotion
Between me and you.
How powerful words
To shape who we are!
We ponder in silence
;Our words cross a bar.
Your words crossed a threshold
And entered the past,
Yet they have created
A world that will last.
I went over the moon.
My heart sang its glory,
The stars sang in tune.
As when with a word
God brought forth light,
So with these words
You ended my night.
So with these words
You made something new:
A bond of devotion
Between me and you.
How powerful words

I WANT YOU, BUT I DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW
I want you, but I don't want you to know.
I fear the loss more than I trust the gain.
You are my love. I will not let you go.
Nor do I have the courage to bestow
My love on you, that you might see me plain.
I want you, but I don't want you to know.
I fear your presence like an undertow
That drags me out unready, trite, inane.
You are my love. I will not let you go.
And yet when you are near I feel you glow
Like sunlight dancing through my windowpane.
I want you, but I don't want you to know.
Empty but for you, I cannot show
You anything of interest I contain.
You are my love. I will not let you go.
I am a box within a box, safe so.
Sealed from self, I hide from your disdain.
I want you, but I don't want you to know.
You are my love. I will not let you go.
I fear the loss more than I trust the gain.
You are my love. I will not let you go.
Nor do I have the courage to bestow
My love on you, that you might see me plain.
I want you, but I don't want you to know.
I fear your presence like an undertow
That drags me out unready, trite, inane.

LETTING GO
I know I must have hurt you,
caused you pain.
More, I know that I have lost your trust.
I wish I had that moment back again
To pulverize my carelessness and lust.
Sometimes we have to lose
what we most cherish
to understand how much we are in need.
We play with life until we nearly perish
o dare the darkness, though within we bleed.
I need you as the sun must have a rose
To turn its empty radiance to glory,
Or as a nation needs someone who knows
The secrets of its long-forgotten story.
I know my need of you more than before;
Thus for my trespass you may trust me more...
caused you pain.
I know my need of you more than before;
Thus for my trespass you may trust me more...
IF ONLY I CAN TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME
I find my happiness in loving you.
Though my love is not returned, I don't mind waiting.
The woods are a cathedral where I prayFor the beauty
and grace that lie within my heart.
You hold me and we kiss, and yet not yet Is there the unity that love must crave?
You want me, but not as I want you:
This truth is like a wreckage on my sea.
There's no one else I hunger for,
nor touch that makes me feel I must take off my skin;
And so I'll wait as years pile up like leaves,
And long with the lonely patience of the moon...
There's no one else I hunger for,
nor touch that makes me feel I must take off my skin;
And so I'll wait as years pile up like leaves,
And long with the lonely patience of the moon...
